Job Description: LGV C+E Driver
Reports to: Transport Manager/Traffic Planner
Pay Structure: Guaranteed basic salary £31,200 – 50 hours per week
Potential earnings £41,760pa including nights out & overtime.
Our Drivers do more than a ‘driving job’. It’s about ensuring our customers get the best impression of our organisation. You will be the ‘face’ of our business, not just a delivery driver.
Essential Requirements:
· High Levels of Health and Safety Standards.
· Can do attitude.
· Numerate and literate.
· Current CPC.
· Excellent verbal communication.
· Ability to communicate effectively with Customers and Co-Workers.
· Diligent attention to detail.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Must be prepared to spend 4 to 5 nights away from home.
· Must be aged over 21 for Insurance purposes (Newly Qualified Drivers Considered)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Ensure that on arrival the delivery is safe to make and respect the customers property and follow all on site procedures.
· Check goods off with Customers and obtain a signed proof of delivery (POD)
· Drive the vehicle safely in accordance with the law.
· Drive within the tachograph law and driver hour limits.
· Look after the vehicle and load and ensure that it is not subjected to unnecessary damage.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the driving cab.
· Ensure accidents are kept to a minimum.
· Report any accidents as soon as possible and in compliance with the company’s accident reporting procedure.
· Complete a vehicle and trailer daily inspection sheet and report and record any defects.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, to include the Company Standards of Performance and Health and Safety Policy.
Physical Demands:
· Loading and unloading of goods from vehicles/trailers.
· Coupling and uncoupling of trailers.
· Opening and closing of curtains.
· Use of ratchet straps to secure loads to the trailer.
Education and Experience:
· Basic numeracy & literacy. Hold a clean driving licence and a current drivers qualification card.

A permanent, full time Class 2 driver required for immediate start.
Duties could include
• Multi-drops for a pallet network and use of routing/electronic scanning equipment.
Forklift licence would also be of benefit.
Reports to: TPN Manager/Transport Manager/Traffic Planner

We are looking for a Pallet Network, Transport Warehouse Office Administrator.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with experience & knowledge of Transport & Distribution. The ideal candidate will have the requisite experience, have effective communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include: But not be limited to:
Must be PC Literate and willing to be trained in the use of various Transport Management Applications to include, Mandata,Fleetboard,Microlise, and TPN Connect
A Forklift license would be advantageous or willing to train to attain one.
A Class 1 licence would also be an advantage.
This is a permanent, full time position. Hours of work are 05:30 to 15:30 hours Monday – Friday but the appointed person needs to be flexible. Person may also need to work Saturday mornings on a rota.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
